The Heart Of The Matter

Did you know that heart disease is the number one killer of women? The good news is that 80 percent of heart disease is preventable. So, why is it so hard for some of us to do the lifestyle changes needed to significantly reduce our risk? I've had both of my parents die from heart disease. My father was only 59 years of age. Hello??? There is no one who wishes to learn a hard lesson via a "wake-up" call, including me.
